How to make a payment to Peak Valley Housing Association or Contour Homes
Paying in advance, whichever method you choose to pay your rent, when paying either fortnightly or monthly, your account must not show arrears at anytime.
Direct Debit
This is the simplest way to pay. All you have to do is request our Direct Debit Mandate form. You return the completed form to us and we do the rest. We will write to you to confirm what the payment arrangements are, and if your payments need changing, we will do this for you. Again, we will write to you in advance so you are always in control.

To begin securely texting your rent payments, you simply need a UK registered mobile phone, a valid allpay swipe card and a current debit or credit card. After a brief online registration, you can then pay your rent on the move, any time, any place, any where. To register visit www.allpayments.net/textpay/login.asxp
At Local Retailers
We have extended the outlets where you can pay with your allpay card. You can now pay at any outlet dispalying the following signs:

Credit or Debit Card Payments
We now accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone, or at the Peak Valley office. To make a payment telephone us on 0345 270 3501 or visit us at 100 Hattersley Road East.
By Telephone
It is possbile to pay your rent by telephone. You will need an allpay card and a debit or credit card. Please call 0844 557 8321 to make a payment. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By Standing Order
You can pay your rent by standing order. Just contact any office and ask for a standing order mandate. You complete the form and send it to your bank or building society.
Via the Internet
Simply log on to www.allpayments.net and you are prompted to enter your payment card number. You can receive a receipt of payment to your email address.
By Post
We accept payment by post. You can send us a cheque or postal order made payable to Contour Housing Group. Please ensure you write your name and address on the back of the cheque.
Housing Benefit
You may be entitled to Housing Benefit. To make a claim for Housing Benefit you must contact Tameside Council. Remember, your Housing Benefit is your responsibility. You must ensure you fill in all forms correctly and provide the Council with all the information they need. otherwise this will result in your claim being delayed or processed inaccurately.
