How to make a payment to Peak Valley Housing Association or Contour Homes

Paying in advance, whichever method you choose to pay your rent, when paying either fortnightly or monthly, your account must not show arrears at anytime.

Direct Debit

This is the simplest way to pay. All you have to do is request our Direct Debit Mandate form. You return the completed form to us and we do the rest. We will write to you to confirm what the payment arrangements are, and if your payments need changing, we will do this for you. Again, we will write to you in advance so you are always in control.

By Text

To begin securely texting your rent payments, you simply need a UK registered mobile phone, a valid allpay swipe card and a current debit or credit card.
